There are many successful treatments for Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).   Each person is different, so I tailor my treatment to your individual needs.

The techniques that I use include:

  1. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a form of therapy that helps you modify your thoughts and actions to have a more positive impact on your health.
  2. Stress Management, which includes practicing mindfulness techniques and developing coping skills, such as use of light therapy.

If you think that you’re experiencing SAD, seek help from a professional who can accurately diagnose your condition and discuss treatment options that meet your individual needs.
