We have a variety of select programs, each designed to help you lose weight and keep it off, permanently. Our team of medical physicians, dietitians, behavioral counselors, personal trainers, herbalists and acupuncturists all work together to help you attain the level of fitness you desire. While working with any one of these professionals in a weight loss environment is not unusual, having them under the same roof, working for you as a closely knit team is! 
Creating a program specifically for you starts with an evaluation by one of our physicians. Together you will discuss and pick a plan based on your very own metabolic, physiologic and behavioral needs. Nutritional Counseling
Ultimately it’s all about calories in and calories out, while learning to count is important, learning the right foods that will help regulate your appetite is most important. Your doctor or dietitian will determine the right caloric intake and develop a personal eating strategy that fits your needs and lifestyle.
Behavioral Counseling
Why do we over-eat? The American Heart Association conducted the largest weight loss study in history. They found that permanent weight loss required getting to the root of over-eating and found that changing the way we think of food was the key to long term success. Our licensed behavioral clinical counselors are trained in identifying serious core issues or in simpler cases helping remold your food/thought processes.
Prescription Medications
All medically supervised patients receive monthly B12 shots to increase metabolism and give you an energy boost. At times patients may need stronger medicines to get over the initial hurdle or occasional sticking points along the way to attaining their weight goals. There are an array of prescription medications available to help us on our journey.
Personal Training
Losing weight is step one in improving your overall health, but why stop at step one. We have programs designed to help develop a new and healthier you. No fancy clubs to join or memberships to buy, it's all conveniently located in our Arlington Heights facility. Tone up, get heart healthy, reduce your blood
pressure, cholesterol and chances of developing diabetes. All are probable when you go to the next level in personal commitment.
Structured Group Programs
The exciting thing about any of our structured group programs is the sense of camaraderie, support and friendships that develop. We combine one-on-one training and dietary counseling with group training and weekly education classes to break the monotony and add fun to our plans. Plus you will save thousands of dollars versus doing all the great services one-on-one.

Fit Club
Weight Loss maintenance program. Plans start as low as $39 per month.
